Director of Human Resources Role:
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the design and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
Partner with leadership to provide HR solutions and insights that enhance performance, retention, and growth.
Oversee recruitment and workforce planning to attract top talent and meet staffing needs in manufacturing, engineering, and other operational areas.
Resolve complex issues, coach managers on conflict resolution, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a welcoming and equitable work environment.
Develop and manage competitive programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory compliance.
Implement training programs that enhance skills, leadership, and safety awareness.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR regulations, including OSHA, FMLA, and ADA, while mitigating legal risks.
Use data to evaluate HR program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization.
Director of Human Resources Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a publicly traded company.
Expertise in labor regulations, wage and hour laws, and affirmative action policies.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ADP is highly preferred.
